Who I help:

I help men, couples, professionals, and Christian clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but carrying more than people realize. They may be leading at work, providing for their family, trying to stay spiritually grounded, and still feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

My work is especially focused on helping clients strengthen emotional clarity, improve relationships, manage stress, and make wise decisions without losing sight of their faith, family, or values.

How I help:

My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so they can move from survival mode into healthier and more intentional living.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, couples therapy principles, emotional intelligence work, and faith-integrated counseling when requested. My goal is not just to help clients talk about problems, but to help them build practical tools for real change.

For clients who desire Christian counseling, I integrate biblical wisdom with clinically grounded therapy in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and emotionally honest.

What clients can expect from working with me

Clients can expect a structured, supportive, and honest therapy experience. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, challenged, and equipped.

Together, we work on improving emotional regulation, communication, decision-making, relationship patterns, stress management, and spiritual alignment. Therapy is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about gaining clarity, taking ownership, and building healthier patterns that actually last.

Off the clock:

Outside of therapy, I value faith, family, health, and intentional time with the people God has entrusted to me. I understand the pressure of leadership, marriage, parenting, and responsibility — not just professionally, but personally.
