Who I help:

I help individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the challenges of feeling stuck or disconnected.

Many of the clients I work with are looking for a safe, compassionate space where they can process what they are carrying, better understand themselves, and begin making healthier emotional and relational changes.

How I help:

My approach is warm, collaborative, and active. I listen carefully, help clients identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and offer tools that support emotional growth between sessions.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, strength-based therapy, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-focused CBT. When desired, I also provide Christian counseling that honors the client’s faith, values, and healing journey.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often describe feeling heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to provide a space where you can speak honestly, process difficult emotions, and work toward healthier patterns without fear of judgment.

Therapy with me is not about pressure or quick fixes. It is about building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and helping you take steady steps toward healing and growth.

Off the clock:

Outside of therapy, I value rest, creativity, connection, and meaningful time with the people and communities that matter most to me.
