How long are therapy sessions?
Yes. Zion Counseling Center offers faith-informed therapy for clients who want Christian counseling integrated into their sessions. We also work respectfully with clients who prefer therapy without faith integration.
We help adults with anxiety, overthinking, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, communication issues, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and personal growth.
Yes. We offer online couples counseling for low-acuity couples who want help with communication, emotional connection, and relationship growth. We do not work with couples in active legal disputes, court-related situations, active separation, or divorce proceedings.
No. Zion Counseling Center works with adults only. We do not provide therapy for children or teens.
Most therapy sessions are approximately 50 to 53 minutes.
