Hi, I’m Josie 👋.
My path into counseling started early — as a first-generation Latina, I grew up bridging cultures, learning empathy and understanding that now shape my work as a therapist.
I specialize in supporting adults and couples through life’s challenges — from trauma, anxiety, and depression to relationship struggles, parenting stress, and faith-based concerns. For those who want it, I integrate Biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapy to bring clarity, peace, and renewal.
Over the years, I’ve worked in shelters, clinics, and classrooms, bringing compassion and practical tools to people from all walks of life. Whether you’re seeking a safe space to process pain, strengthen relationships, or reconnect spiritually, I’m here to meet you where you are.

Gizelle Bullock, LMHC
Hi, I’m Gizelle 🌿.
It’s an honor to walk with individuals and couples through seasons of challenge and growth.
With experience in private practice, schools, and chemical dependency treatment, I bring both compassion and practical tools to support you through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational struggles. For those who desire it, I integrate faith and Biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapies like CBT and Solution-Focused approaches.
My goal is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, supported, and guided toward healing and restoration — in mind, body, and spirit.

Tony Lopez, LMHC
Hi, I’m Tony 👋.
I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I specialize in working with adult men and couples, offering a practical, authentic approach that blends faith and evidence-based therapy.
My areas of focus include Christian Counseling, EMDR, anxiety, depression, leadership, men’s issues, and couples work. For those who want it, I integrate spirituality into sessions in a balanced, down-to-earth way.
Licensed in multiple states, including New York, I meet clients where they are with honesty, respect, and sometimes a touch of humor. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be real, find clarity, and move toward healing and growth.
