WHO WE ARE
Zion Counseling Center LLC is a licensed telehealth counseling practice offering clinically grounded care for adults and couples.
Our work integrates evidence-based therapy with respect for each client’s values and background. Faith may be incorporated when desired and is never imposed.
Clients of all backgrounds are welcome, and therapy is guided by clinical judgment and each client’s goals.
Josefina Guerra, LCSW-R
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Josefina provides telehealth counseling for adults and couples, offering thoughtful, culturally attuned care grounded in evidence-based practice.
She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients build insight, resilience, and healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.
For clients who desire it, Josefina integrates Christian faith and biblical wisdom into therapy in a respectful, client-led way. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome.
Gizelle Bullock, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Gizelle provides telehealth counseling for adults and couples, drawing from experience in private practice, educational settings, and substance use treatment.
She supports clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction-related concerns, and relational challenges. Her work incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, with sessions that are structured, compassionate, and goal-oriented.
Faith may be integrated into therapy upon request. Gizelle offers a safe, supportive space for clients of all backgrounds to pursue healing and personal growth.
Tony Lopez, LMHC, EdS
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Tony provides telehealth counseling for adult men and couples, offering a practical, direct, and relational approach grounded in evidence-based care. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
His areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, EMDR, leadership concerns, men’s issues, and couples work. Sessions are collaborative and structured, with attention to clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.
For clients who desire it, Tony integrates Christian faith into therapy in a balanced and thoughtful way. Licensed in multiple states, including New York, he meets clients with honesty, respect, and warmth.

Payment & Care Options
Zion Counseling Center primarily offers private-pay services.
In some cases, we may be able to work with select insurance plans depending on clinician licensure and availability. Insurance eligibility is confirmed individually and cannot be guaranteed.
A complimentary consultation is offered to help confirm fit and next steps.
Consultations are brief and focused on fit, licensure, and care options.
